Coaching programs help to improve individual and team performance, and when combined with psychometric assessments, the results can be powerful. Psychometric assessments can be effective in measuring an individual’s cognitive ability, skills, personality, motivation and values.

Well-validated psychometric assessments, such as those offered at Infinite Momentum, can provide valuable insight regarding an individual’s emotional intelligence and behavioural competencies. These insights can be extremely useful to an individual before, during and after their coaching journey.

EQ-i 2.0® Workplace Assessment

The EQ-i 2.0® Workplace Assessment is for any individual who is not in a leadership role, but who is interested in becoming more self-aware in understanding their emotional intelligence strengths and challenges. The assessment includes a 21-page confidential report and debrief.

EQ-i 2.0® Leadership Assessment

The EQ-i 2.0® Leadership Assessment is designed for aspiring leaders or those who are already performing the roles of a leader in either their career or personal life. This assessment identifies the strengths and challenges that a client has in respect to their leadership capabilities and potential. The assessment includes a 26-page confidential report and debrief.

EQ 360® Assessment

The EQ 360® Assessment provides the client with anonymous feedback from their direct reports, peers, superiors, family and friends. This is a great assessment for someone who desires external feedback on their own behaviours. The results can be extremely insightful and beneficial to guide lasting change. The assessment includes a comprehensive confidential report and debrief.

Integrative Enneagram (iEQ9®) Assessment

The Integrative Enneagram (iEQ9®) Assessment provides a detailed framework offering incredible insight and self-awareness to individuals, teams and groups. It accurately identifies set patterns of behaviour and how we interact with others. It identifies an individual’s strengths and challenges and provides insight as to why we each see the world from different perspectives and respond differently to situations. Unlike other psychometric assessments, it invites the client to integrate practical behaviours that can enrich their ability to work, play and live with others. This assessment includes a 42-page confidential report and two one-hour debrief sessions.
