Who Are We?

In June 2022, Jill Archibald and Kristina Patsula (Founders) shared a vision: to redefine leadership and organizational impact in a world marked by rapid change and increasing complexity. That vision became Infinite Momentum Coaching & Consulting— a female-owned and founded Coaching Company in Canada to offer an authentic coaching designed for today’s executive leaders and leadership teams.

At Infinite Momentum, we are reshaping how leadership is experienced and expressed. We work with executives and organizations who are ready to lead with intention, clarity, and systemic awareness. Our approach considers the full spectrum of what it means to lead—not just strategy and execution, but the emotional intelligence, mental agility, and cultural influence required to build resilient, adaptive systems.
