Jill Archibald

Jill is a Personal and Business Performance Coach who helps individuals and teams discover their inherent potential towards achieving personal and professional growth, and organizational change. Her natural ability to connect with people fosters trust and insight to unlock potential and maximize performance.

After 28 years of military service as an Army Logistics Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), including a deployment to Afghanistan, Jill not only has a valuable understanding of how people and organizations work, but she also understands what her clients need to strengthen their personal and corporate awareness. When working with private, public or non-profit organizations, Jill is focused on building new skills for the individual, as well as the organization.

An advocate for continuous learning, Jill holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Royal Military College of Canada (RMC), Workplace and Mental Health Leadership Certificate from Queen’s University/Morneau Shepell, and a Personal and Business Performance Coaching Certificate from Canada Coaching Academy (CCA). She has also earned her accreditation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Her recent focus has been on Team Coaching, specifically Organizational and Relationship Systems (ORSC Fundamentals). Jill also takes immense pride in being an Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0® & EQ 360®) and an Integrative Enneagram (iEQ9®) practitioner. To create opportunities for success, Jill brings a multi-disciplined focus towards her work, combining her business background, military experience, and love of coaching to every session.

Since retiring from the CAF, Jill has coached clients from both the private and public sectors. She has worked with clients from across 10+ Federal Government Departments and has provided services at the Provincial level, including COVID response. Furthermore, Jill has experience partnering with clients from professional services, financial sectors, healthcare, construction, oil and gas, and entrepreneurs from Canada and the United States.

Jill is a creative soul and bookworm, who enjoys spending time with family (especially her three active kids), friends and labrador retriever, Oakley.
