Darlene brings with her a wealth of business experience from within the public service and private sector, as an entrepreneur and a leader. She has always believed that everyone deserves a life where they feel joy and happiness, and have purpose and meaning in their lives. That is why as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), her passion is to work with individuals who want to look at their beliefs and behaviours to create positive outcomes for themselves.

Darlene loves to coach people, helping them become more self-aware, discover their strengths and some of the challenges that they face so that they realize their potential to achieve powerful results, not only in their work but in their personal lives.

Darlene provides a safe and compassionate space with a considerable ability to actively listen, so that her clients feel comfortable being honest and courageous in their conversations about personal and organizational transformation.

Darlene has a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and is credentialed with the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach. She is also an Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0® & EQ 360®) and Integrative Enneagram (iEQ9®) practitioner. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a retired Chartered Professional Accountant.

Personally, Darlene is an avid kayaker, bird watcher and enjoys time spent with family (including three grandchildren), friends and Labradoodle, Molly. She also enjoys playing bridge, travelling, art and photography.
